Unused bundle balance is refundable within 30 days. Email hi@ajusta.ai with your account email and we'll process it. If a technical issue uses your balance without delivering a result, we restore it on request.

No, by design. The system is constrained against fabricating credentials, employment dates, tool experience, or quantitative claims. If it can't ground a rewrite in your existing content, it doesn't make the change.

The extension lets you optimize from a job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or any other job board. Click the icon, the JD is captured, and you're returned a tailored resume in one pass. No background tracking, no other-tab access.

Yes. Every optimization is saved automatically as a new version branched from the source. You can keep parallel versions for different roles or industries without losing the originals.

Yes. The Format Preservation pass keeps your existing typography, spacing, and section structure intact. The text changes; the design doesn't.

Resume content is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). It is processed by Azure OpenAI under contracts that prohibit training on your data. You can delete individual resumes at any time and your full account from settings; everything is removed within 30 days.

PDF and DOCX for upload. The optimized resume can be exported as DOCX or PDF. PDF is recommended for final submission.

Yes. The web app is responsive end to end. The Chrome extension requires desktop Chrome; everything else works on mobile browsers.
