• Resume content (including work history, education, skills)
• Job descriptions you provide
• Application tracking data you choose to enter

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide our resume optimization service:

• Parse and analyze your resume content
• Generate ATS compatibility scores
• Optimize your resume for specific job descriptions
• Track your job applications (if you use this feature)

We DO NOT use your resume data for AI training or share it with third parties for their training purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Resume files are stored in Azure Blob Storage with encryption at rest
• Resume content is stored in Azure Cosmos DB with encryption
• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Access to your data is protected by authentication

4. AI Processing

We use the following AI services to process your resume:

• Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 Vision): For parsing PDF/DOCX resumes into structured format
• Llama 4 Scout (Azure AI Foundry): For job analysis, ATS scoring, and optimization

Important: Your data is processed through these services but is NOT used to train or improve these AI models. Azure's data processing agreements ensure your data remains private and is not used for model training.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With AI service providers (Azure) solely for processing your requests
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• With your explicit consent

6. Data Retention

• Resume data is retained while your account is active
• You can delete individual resumes at any time
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your data
• Export your data
• Opt out of any communications
