Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Ajusta ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Ajusta is operated by Ajusta ("we", "us", "our").

Ajusta is an AI-powered resume optimization platform. The Service includes:

• Resume upload and parsing.
• ATS compatibility scoring against a job description.
• AI-generated rewrites of resume content for that job description.
• A Chrome extension for one-click optimization from job sites.
• Application and version tracking.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information on signup.

Ajusta uses a pay-per-optimization model with no subscriptions:

• Free optimization. New accounts receive 1 free full optimization on signup. No card required.
• Bundles. Additional optimizations are sold as one-time purchases (Single $3, Starter $20, Popular $45, Professional $80, Job Seeker $140).
• Internal metering. The Service meters usage internally: resume upload 50 credits, ATS score 50 credits, AI rewrite 100 credits. A full optimization (all three) costs 200 credits.
• No subscriptions. Bundles are one-time purchases. We do not bill you on a recurring basis.
• Refunds. Unused bundle balance is refundable within 30 days of purchase on request to hi@ajusta.ai. If a technical issue consumes balance without delivering a result, we will restore it.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Use the Service to fabricate credentials, employment history, or qualifications.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Access the Service through automated tooling outside the provided API or extension.
• Share credentials, resell access, or use the Service on behalf of third parties without our consent.
• Upload other people's resumes or personal data without their consent.

You retain ownership of all resume content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the optimization output you requested. We claim no ownership over your resume.

The Ajusta platform, including its design, code, models, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Service uses AI to suggest rewrites of your resume. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before using the optimized resume in real applications. Our system is built to avoid fabricating credentials, but you must verify that the final content accurately represents your experience.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

Ajusta is a tool to improve ATS compatibility. We do not guarantee interview callbacks, offers, or employment outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us during that period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. On termination your data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
